...But it's been crazy. What with my real full-time job plus this hobby of mine, editing, booking weddings, etc and so on...
Top that all off with planning a trip to Ecuador! Ken (my husband) and I are going with a church group of 40 to meet our sponsor children and to see the Compassion Canada project. I am beyond excited for this!
Our children are: Christian who is 12; Angel who is 9, Lorena who is 6 and Alex who is 10. Angel in each of his letters to us always says how he hopes and prays that we are one day able to come visit him. Well, guess who's prayers are being answered? :D
We aren't allowed to let our children know we are coming in case something happens and we are not able to go and then they are very disappointed. But it would have to take something MAJOR for me not to be going! I can't WAIT to see the look on all their faces but especially Angel's. Too awesome.
I know this will be a life-changing trip and I know soul and faith inspiring too, for all involved.
If you want to check out the project (and maybe sponsor a child or two or three ;) go to:

More photos coming eventually from the last few shoots I did in 2010. Going to be winding the fashion shoot part down a bit for awhile. I like doing fashion shoots but I'm not interested whatsoever in doing boudoir/swimwear/whatever type shoots. Portrait/headshots and editorial type fashion work--sure no problem.
It's not always so easy to get the point across!
In other words, I'm thinking along the lines of this:
And they're usually thinking more like MAXIM magazine. ;)
I have three weddings booked for 2011 and I think that will be my limit. That also means 3 engagement sessions, too. Perfect amount, I think. I'm looking forward to all three!
Off work tomorrow! Going to the cottage where much snowmobiling will occur! :)
Have a good one!
B.
