SHE'S HERE!!
In all her beauty...
I'm a bit in awe of her and I promised myself I'd get some editing done before I can start playing with it. So for now I cast sideways glances at her while I'm editing away. And I read the manual. The 450 page manual. :I
Learning curves! Gotta love 'em!
I'm SO excited to try her out! I feel I've got my own personal 'dream team' of cameras the medium format film Mamiya 645 AF and now the D700. I've shot a few test rolls on the Mamiya--need a bit more practice and time on the camera but I'm already loving the results.
Here are two more of Krystl & Tyson from the Mamiya film camera, straight out of camera and no editing.
There's just something to be said for the look and feel of film, so timeless and such lovely tones...
However, I'll likely send wedding rolls elsewhere for development and scanning since that's huge in how the photos turn out as far as the look and feel you are going for.
Almost done editing Krystl & Tyson's engagement shoot, then on to Stephanie and Maurice--watch out for those as well. :D
